The poster created for our most recent “Nourish Event” may serve as a jumping off point for health in your home. With complex lives it’s not about hitting each target every day. Rather it’s about creating opportunities to feel healthy, and meaningfully connect to yourself, others and the Earth.

It is important to note that systematic inequities in access (i.e., proximity to natural spaces, injustice in wealth distribution for food, bicycles, books, childcare) prevent health equity and are not reflective of individual choices. Be kind to yourself and others. Look for our upcoming “Family Resources” page for more health equity resources and opportunities for change-making and advocacy.
